There are a million and one ways in which you can make your wedding the moment of a lifetime. Sheer elegance and a touch of class in every aspect is a sure recipe for that perfect nuptial tying ceremony. From the gown and tuxedo that the two principals and the whole wedding party adorn, everything should be meticulous. And the means that you use to arrive at the venue of the ceremony and reception also go a great way in making the event memorable. The delicacies, the music and the general ambience should just be out of this world.

To make the wedding reception even more colorful, consider ice sculptures as a beauty enhancer in the event. Ice sculptures are increasingly becoming a common feature in wedding receptions and the ambience that they bring is magical. It only matters where you place or station them so that people can fully appreciate them and laud your sense of class.

Like the name suggest, ice sculptures are made of ice. This therefore means that the lifespan of the sculpture is wholly dependent on the prevailing temperature. It would therefore be foolhardy to have an ice sculpture in a summer wedding with no cooler to preserve it. They are also very delicate so the placement of the sculpture is vital, because it has to be somewhere where there is not a lot activity as they might get knocked over. But it has somewhere vantage where every guest can see them in their full splendor.

Ice sculptures come in all sizes and shapes depending on what you want designed for your wedding. Let the sculpture be thematic or symbolizing something for the big day or even for your marriage ahead. You can choose to have an ice sculpture denoting the love between the bride and groom. This can be through an intertwined hearts sculpture to signify the bond between them. A crystalline dove will also bring and denote an aura of peace and tranquility in that marriage which is a very positive first step into married life.

A magnificent swan too is a choice, and you could have them in twos again to signify the marital bond in the newly-weds. You can be experimental in your sculpture ideas and designers are able to come with the most elaborate of designs from the most simple to the most complex. A replica of the wedding cake is also an enticing thought complete with crystalline icing no pun intended. Or even have that Cinderella shoe placed strategically to symbolize the beauty and elegance of the bride.

Ice sculpturing is an art and you have to look for the best creators who will make your design. They should be able to design it to your complete specifications whether you want a complex cruise ship sculpture or just a simple flickering candle. Being out of the ordinary in your wedding reception is the key to being outstanding and not passing for just another wedding. A crystalline ice sculpture will capture and captivate your guests minds. So with your wedding just around the corner, hit ice sculpture creators and start preparing a magnificent piece for that big day.

We’re bumping down the dirt road that leads out of our neighborhood, feeling that rush of freedom and adventure you get at the start of a road trip. I’d raced home after work, flung some things in a bag and set off with my husband for a four-day weekend in St. Louis to attend the wedding of a friend, a former intern at the paper.

Heres an idea that comes straight from my own non traditional wedding! Your wedding guests will enjoy the opportunity to become involved in this creative and fun activity. One fun idea is to have temporary tattoos made up as a party favor for your wedding guests.

These tattoos are similar to the ones we used with the addition of our names and date of our wedding. They came out really well and were a huge hit with everyone.

What made it even more fun was seeing our wedding guests covered in their temporary tattoos in the photos weeks later.

Also they are very easy to make. You can find this online in several places like this one..Just get some temporary tattoo paper.

After you have your tattoo paper ready and in the printer, just make your design and print it out. The package of tattoo paper that you get will have detailed instructions on how to do it correctly. Ensure that you complete them as stated.

Always remember to print out a test sheet on regular paper first. If you like that sheet you can print it out on tattoo paper. If you are pleased with the way the first one looks you can then print a bunch of them at once.

If you like the idea, but dont want to do it yourself, there are a couple of places online where you can get custom temporary tattoos made for you. That is the least expensive one that we have located. They are used to dealing with large corporations, so the minimum amount to purchase would be 500. However, Im sure that if you are willing to order that many for your non traditional wedding, they would be glad to work with you, too.

It costs less money if you do them yourself. If art is not your thing, you must know somebody that can do it for you. If you ask for help, it will usually be right around the corner.
